SF Tahara Sales Terms and Conditions

1. General Withdrawal Conditions 

In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers may withdraw from their purchase

However, due to the nature of cosmetic products, Sf Tahara does not accept returns once the
product has been opened or used.
If a withdrawal request is approved, Sf Tahara may offer store credit or a refund according to

Withdrawal requests must be submitted via email with proof of purchase.

Sf Tahara accepts the following payment methods:

3. Shipping and Delivery

These are general estimates, and actual delivery times may depend on factors like location,

All orders placed on Friday after 11am will be dispatched on Monday. Customers will receive tracking details once their order has been dispatched. Delays due to external circumstances (customs, carrier issues, etc.) are beyond Sf Tahara’s controlOrders are processed promptly upon confirmation.

4. Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or customer service contact form.
If the cancellation is requested after 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled, as processing will
have already begun.

5. Returns & Refunds

Sf Tahara does not accept returns of any purchased products.
Due to the nature of cosmetic goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once shipped.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

6. Exchanges & Damaged Products

Exchanges are not permitted for any products sold by Sf Tahara.
If a product arrives damaged or broken during delivery, Sf Tahara will offer a replacement of the
same product or one of equivalent value at no additional cost.
Customers must notify Sf Tahara within 48 hours of delivery and provide proof of damage
(photos/videos).
The company reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the received information before approving
a replacement request.
